I have ordered the Rose Deep Hydration Sleeping Mask several times in the past. I am familiar with how much product is typically in the jar. When I received my most recent jar, upon opening it for the first time, I saw that approximately 30% of the product was missing. I reached out to customer service and followed up with a photo as they requested. That was 20 days ago. I have heard nothing. Love the product, but sadly, terrible customer service!
