Apply twice daily to cleansed face and neck. Smooth a pearl-sized amount evenly in gentle massaging strokes until fully absorbed. Replace and tighten cap when not in use. For retinol beginners, gradually phase into your skincare routine, working up to twice daily as tolerated. In the daytime, always protect skin with a Broad Spectrum SPF 30 sunscreen or higher.
Precautions: You may experience mild redness, a warm, tingling sensation or flaking (skin exfoliation). These are normal, temporary indications that the formula is working. If effects persist/cause discomfort, reduce the frequency of use until your skin adjusts, then revert to daily use as tolerated. Avoid contact with eyes - if contact occurs, rinse well with water. In case of irritation, discontinue use. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, seek medical assistance. Use a sunscreen and limit sun exposure while using this product.

It's a great option if you have mature skin. It absorbs quickly. The texture is soft enough to absorb easily into dry and mature skin, but I don't recommend it for combination skin because it doesn't absorb well. Overall, it's a good product, at a good price, and above all, effective. I love the packaging. It doesn't have a strong scent.

I've been using the Neutrogena Retinol cream for several weeks now and I've had great results. My skin looks smoother, feels hydrated, and I've had zero irritation. I use it at night and again in the morning before applying my foundation with SPF, and it layers beautifully without leaving any greasy residue. It absorbs quickly, feels lightweight, and has everything my skin needs to target signs of aging in one jar. The cream is very thick and has a light, fresh scent.
