People love to complain
I read the other reviews about how this straightener was terrible compared to the (insert $200+ item). To those people, if you wanted to spend that much money on a straightener, go ahead, but don't rag on this one that does just as well. I have been using this for 3 months and have nothing but positive things to say so far. I used a T3 one previously and it broke after one year of inconsistent use- a waste of money. If you have skills, you can straighten, curl, and beach wave your hair with this. My hair strands by itself are very fine, but I have a thick head of bleach blonde hair. I use this with CHI beauty products and my hair has been nothing but wonderful. I definitely recommend this!
