Use 2-3 times a week. After cleansing, gently massage a pea-sized amount into the palms and lightly massage into damp or dry skin in circular motions. I purchased this during the 21 days of beauty event for 50% off. The exfoliation is very gentle and I didn't feel that super fresh faced after typically exfoliation. I'd prefer something like the exfolikate or having a little more grit. Price is a bit high

This is a perfect exfoliator! It exfoliates without causing your skin to feel "sandpapered" and leaves your skin feeling clean and soft and it smells divine! Being from Elemis, it is top quality.

This has been my favorite of the jelly exfoliators and I've tried all three. My skin feels the smoothest after using it. I'm not a huge fan of the scent but it's subtle enough not to be bothersome to my allergies.
