Using the spoolie, brush hairs upward to identify which areas need filling or added definition. Then, use the angled tip to create thin, hair-like strokes that mimic the look of your natural brow. Brush through with the spoolie to diffuse color.

This brow pencil WAS fabulous and I would've given it 5 stars; BUT, it ran out of pencil in 3 weeks!!!!! I must've twisted it back and forth 5x because I couldn't believe it was already out! I was loving it until 2.5 weeks in the product ran out. That is a shame Bobbi Brown! Your products are not cheap!
Lasted less then one month once a day use!!
While I like the product LITERALLY lasted less then one month. The old tip lasted 3 times longer! Rip off.

Incredibly little product in this new pencil. If they sold re-fill cartridges I might purchase this again like they do their other longwear brow pencil, but it's a shame that for about the same price as the longwear brow product, it only contains about 1/5 of the amount. I get that it's meant to be more 'precise' but geez.

You addition of colors means I have the spot on correct eye brow color! I have used mahogany effectively in the past, but your new Cool Brown is absolutely perfect! Also, you have ingeniously changed the caps on the pencil!!! Forever, for every brand I have ever used, the cap over the pencil is the same color as the cap over the spoolie. You have now changed the cap over the pencil to brown, and the other end of the pencil black! Such a simple modification, but now I am not longer fiddling with figuring out which cap goes where! Thank you! You have made what I have loved for years, even better!
