Can you use these on the eye area? Do you then apply serum while skin still damp from the toner, or let dry down first?

Excited for this brand due to natural ingredients and sensitive skin. It honestly doesn't do anything except cause a rash and MORE redness. Buyer beware that NO returns are accepted unless unopened and unused. Bummed and avoiding this brand now.

There are a lot of chemical products around us, but Knours products make me feel safe and comfortable on my face. After using this Power Elasticity toning pad, my dry skin feels deeply hydrated. I also use this pad on my hands and feet after applying it to my face and neck. It feels like exfoliating. Thank you!

During the summer, I kept these in the fridge. After cleansing, I would pull out a pad and leave it on my skin for a few seconds before swiping all over my face, and it was such a nice cooling feeling. I looked forward to my nightly cleansing routine especially after my workouts. It has been a few months now of using this morning and night, and my skin feels smoother. Great for sensitive skin

I purchased this to use as an occasional boost for my skin to prepare for winter. They come pre soaked in the toner solution with little plastic tweezer to use when pulling out the pads. It gives a nice hydration boost to my skincare. The pads are soft and gentle making them perfect for daily use. If you are looking for an effective and gentle toner pad, I highly recommend giving these a try! THIS IS MUST!

The pad feels very gentle on the skin, so it didn't cause any irritation, even on sensitive areas.
