Too big
I was really excited about these because they have the anti slip grip but they are way too big for my head that having an anti slip grip doesn't matter. I need a whole pack of bobby pins to keep it in place and even then the bow is really droopy.

Adjustable with grips to stay in place
From reading reviews there seems to be some confusion on what this product is. It unties completely for adjustability with little grips like on no skid socks only thinner. Fantastic headband that once you get the size you want it stays where you put it until you remove it. Would recommend and repurchase.

I love these so much, I'm considering another pair. These are adjustable and work perfectly. And they wash well. Highly recommended.
