Detailed, truthful, and unpaid review
I recently tried the SugarDoh kit with the goal of removing my armpit hair. This is the first time I've ever used sugar wax and I love it so much. ⭐️ Things you should know: - If you are plus sized and/or have looser skin near the area you want to sugar, this may be harder to apply. You have to pu...

BEGINNER SUGAR WAXERS BEWARE!
It was a terrible mistake starting out with this product to wax my body. I recently heard of sugar waxing and became interested due to so many good reviews. I dedicated a lot of time to watching videos and learning how to properly sugar wax. I've attempted to use this product several times and manag...

Disappointed
I'm a beginner, so I'm self aware that I am not gonna be the best at this. But this was really messy, and getting the temperature right is tricky. Once I get it right, it pulled my slin & caused bleeding. Gonna use it up solely on my legs but won't repurchase.
Great purchase!
Gave a very good wax. Fairly easy to learn to use after a few tries.
great, but proceed with caution!
If you aren't comfortable learning a whole lot about a total stranger's pubic hair, skip to the end! i am someone who has always had trouble with pubic hair removal. i have pretty coarse hair down there, and have always struggled with ingrown hairs, to the point where after a lot of failed attempts with different methods, i decided that my best bet was to accept the bush, and just use a trimmer to make sure it didn't get too wild. recently, i was planning a beach trip, and really wanted a clean bikini line, so i decided to get this after hearing lots of good things about it. the most important part of this review (and why i gave it five stars) is that all of these things i had heard are true! while there's a slight learning curve, it's incredibly straightforward, and even if you've never used sugar wax before, you get the hang of it pretty quickly. it's also (relatively) pain-free, especially compared to other methods i've tried. i was a little sore the next day, but i'm pretty sure it's just because it's took a few passes with the wax to remove my pubic hair, which, like i said, is pretty coarse. here's where the warning comes in. if, like me, you're prone to getting super bad ingrowns in your pubic area i would not recommend using it there. while i was fine for the first week after using sugardoh, the end of the second week into the third week (which is where i'm at now) has been AGONY. the ingrown hairs are so bad, to the point where i've been putting ice packs on that area because of all the inflammation. it's bad. you might be wondering why i'm leaving a five star review. this is because i had lots of (ingrown free) success on my legs and armpits. i genuinely think i am just not meant to have a hairless cooch. so let this be a warning: if you have super coarse pubic hair that tends to get ingrown when you remove it, i would stick to only using sugardoh on other areas of your body. tldr: sugardoh is super easy to use, even if you've never used sugar hair removal before. BUT if you are especially prone to ingrown hairs in the pubic area, i wouldn't recommend using it there.
Try it out
I don't typically write reviews, but I had to for this. DONT get discouraged. My first attempt I had no idea what I was doing. so here's some suggestions if you're doing a barazillian; make sure you go against the grain gently, I used more than what they recommended because it hurt less to pull this way. pull going with the grain two; use the reusable strips for this area. I tried with my fingers and the strip is way easier. it looks intimidating but it's less painful to do a pull all at once. three; it worked better the second time when my hair was about the length of a grain of rice. it is messy at first, you feel discouraged. but it is well worth it. and for the price it's well worth it over paying a wax fee of $80 every two months! the results were super good, I had no ingrowns, the growth had slowed down dramatically. I'm in love. definitely don't give up after your first try. ❤️
AN ABSOLUTE MUST!
I've been getting professional brazilians for 7 years it just keeps getting more expensive so I found sugardoh wax. I'm so amazed at how well this wax works. Its relatively pain free if you're used to waxing. You have to work quickly if you're using the hands only method because it can get soft and hard to work with after a few minutes but I only used a fourth of a jar for a whole brazilian and only had a few hairs leftover to tweeze. I highly recommend!
