I bought this a while ago but since, a little goes along way i havent had to buy some til now… why is the bottle different the old one had red pinkish letters at the top in french and English "dull and uneven skin tone" do it no longer help with that ?

High pH and strong fragrance, irritated my skin
pH of 10! I was surprised to find that this cleanser lists exfoliating acid as one of the active ingredients but is so alkaline. My skin hated this and I couldn't figure out why until pH testing it. Really threw off my skin barrier balance. It also uses fragrance that is not subtle and lingers after...

So drying, messed up my skin barrier
First time i used it my face was so clean (i guess) and so dry that my face felt like rubber. It felt like a very clean surface where you drag your hand and it doesnt glide it drags and sqeaks. My face was squeaking. 💀 Please dont buy this. i have combination skin and acne prone skin. I tried to give it a second try with an even smaller amount and same thing happened and when i applied my moisturizer that night, it stinged. So, it messed up my barrier for a few days.
Strong fragrance added into this!
This product has a creamy, rich texture that bathers very well. A little bit goes a very long way but unfortunately there is fragrance in the product which is totally unnecessary. I even love how luxe the packaging is, but I'm very disappointed to have found out there is a strong fragrance in this.
I LOVE THIS
I had oily skin with lots of dark marks! This cleared my skin drastically! I actually get compliments on my skin now! I wash it in & let it sit on my face while I shower and rinse it off at the end of my shower! I only use it at night! This product saved my life
Reaction to product
I had a hive like reaction on my face to this product. It was not painful but looked like red splotchy pimples all over my cheeks after using it (I do not have acne prone skin). I love their moisturizers and eye cream so I was disappointed this did not work with my skin.
Unpleasant Scent Warning
I've used LRP before w/ no issues, but this 1 had a musty scent, almost like old body lotion. I had to rinse & use another cleanser to remove. 3 stars because I don't know how well it works otherwise.
