After shampooing and rinsing, depending on the thickness of your hair, squeeze a dime to quarter-sized amount into your palm. On wet hair, apply from the bottom and work your way to the top, skipping the last inch or two near the root. Wait 3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

You can tell the texture of your hair gets so much smoother and softer; the frizz decreases and it's easier to comb and get untangled. Perfect pairing with the shampoo. The packaging is so cute and nice on the eyes.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This is a basic conditioner. It just has a soap like scent but it doesn't last in your hair. I don't feel like it makes my hair very soft or does a great job at repairing, but I wouldn't be afraid to use it like I am some drug store conditioners.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I like that the Kristin Ess signature conditioner doesn't have the chemicals I dislike and routinely avoid. It does a good job with conditioning, and I find that I don't need more than a typical amount to effectively condition. The somewhat negative is it has a strong smell. It's floral forward, which is not my preference. However, my tween literally smelled me beside her and instantly was like "you smell so good mom", and immediately wanted to steal the set. So she adores it, while I simply endure the smell.

It does have a noticeable scent, so that's something to be aware of if you're sensitive to fragrance. It did an amazing job detangling my hair and made my hair feel extremely soft.
