Smoothed back of hand. Disagree w/ "visibly refilled lines"

Thank you ROC for the opportunity to try this product. I first purchased ROC products about 20 years ago. I have always thought highly of the brand. But this is not my favorite ROC product. To start with, I am surprised by the claim on the front of the box that says "100% had visibly refilled li...nes instantly." I attached a photo of the area around my left and right eyes with the product sitting on my skin (top), immediately after being rubbed in (middle), and ~ 2 hours later (bottom). I also attached a photo of my hands before and after being rubbed in. I don't see much of a difference aside from the skin looking shinier from having a product present. I suppose that due to that reflection of light, some of my fine lines may be less visible at certain angles, but that's more a trick of the light than them actually being "refilled". Thus far, I've applied it to my face, neck, and the back of my left hand. But I haven't notice much immediate change, nor after using it intermittently over 3 weeks. Granted, I haven't used it every day, and perhaps therein lies the problem. But with most other products, when I apply them at night, my skin looks better in the morning. I don't feel that way about this product. Also, within 4 hours of using the product on the back of my hands today, I had a small eruption of dyshidrotic eczema. I get them randomly, so it may not have anything to do with the product, but I wanted to point it out, just in case it happened to anyone else. The product does not have a fragrance, and so the smell is based on the ingredients, which is great for sensitive skin. On the positive though, apart from the eczema area, the back of my left hand feels smoother than my right (although it doesn't look any different). And since this product has good ingredients, I suspect with longer and more consistent use, I would see more benefits. Because of that I am giving it 3/5 stars.
