Loved them at first but ZURU kind of ruined them

I love miniature things for whatever reason and was so excited for these and I did really love them! I had a blast with the first 4 balls I bought but right after I opened the fourth ball I opened my fifth and it was THE EXACT SAME BALL! All 5 items were exactly the same in both. I've been having ...a rough time with some health issues lately and admittedly I was a silly amount of upset in the disappointment but it was the companies customer service that put me off buying anymore. I reached out to Zuru, the makers, and I really didn't like their response. I told them how much I loved the product, had so much fun opening the first 4 and explained the 5th ball. I told them getting the exact same 2 balls was a bummer but really I just wanted to see if that was normal(or if I just really did have bad luck) because if it was normal I didn't really want to risk buying anymore. I also mentioned I totally understand the whole concept of these toys inevitably would end with duplicates here and there but 2 entire capsules being exactly the same just didn't seem right. They didn't read anything I said I feel because they just went on a scripty response about the "magic of surprise" and went on about how you're bound to get duplicates here and there and that's the fun of it. All they had to do was tell me a short yes unfortunately that is pretty common or no that really isn't so future balls should hopefully only have normal amount of duplicates or to just let me return it or something. All I got was a long paragraph response(longer than this review lol) saying a longer pandering scripty version of what I had already stated in my original email. It really irked me so I just had to get that off my chest lol
