- First, cleanse the surface of whiteheads and make sure the spot is dry and clean. Choose a patch that is slightly bigger than the spot to cover it completely.
- Stick onto the pimple and gently press the border line to make sure the patch perfectly covers the spot.
- Take it off after 6+ hours. The 100% hydrocolloid patch effectively extracts pimples and turns white as the pimples flatten out.
- Repeat the process if needed with a new patch.
Precautions: For external use only. Store unused patches in the plastic pouch and keep pouch sealed to maintain freshness. Stop using and ask a doctor if rash occurs. Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight.

I got box/bag of the original master patches in 2017 when buzz feed did of those buy these beauty products lists/articles and I absolutely loved them. I ran out recently (yes, 8 years later) and made the mistake of thinking all patches are created equal and LORD was I wrong. I bought Hero brand hate them, but thats another review. I'm 38 and get cystic acne on my neck a week or two before my period, so when I saw the yellow box, I knew they would work. They are TINY MIRACLE PATCHES!!! After one application and a few hours, i had a patch full of pus and junk and a smile on my face. My pimple was less than half the size it was when I put the patch on and no longer red, angry, and hateful. The pictures don't lie (but they won't let me add them, ugh). I didn't pop or puncture this big stupid thing volcano either - just put the patch on and left it alone. I took the full patch off and will be putting on another overnight after my shower, nightly skin care routine, etc. I'm beyond impressed and will never buy a different brand.

The best, hands down!!
I've tried every brand pimple patch that I could find and Cosrx are the best. They stick well and pull out any whitehead and any fluid if you have cystic ache. I put the on as soon as I dry my face and then do my routine. I've had them on as long as 2 days so I'm not tempted to touch them. The only other one that comes close is Rael Retinol patches. They go a long way to healing the surrounding skin so I'll buy those as well. I have oily skin so getting patches to stay on is hard but these do the trick!
