So dry, these don't seem normal for ND!
I am a die-hard ND fan for eyeshadows and complexion, but especially eyes so I wanted to try these pencils once my current ones were used up. Super disappointed in how dry they are. Is it old stock? I don't know. I've only tried the brown one so far as I'm afraid to try the burgundy but I guess I should see if both are defective. The tone of the color is good, but it is so dry it skips and leaves chunks and will not blend even with proper skin prep. I need to figure out how to return them, ugh.
I cannot believe it
My sis purchased this on a whim and when i tried it I immediately purchased my own. I have oily hooded and sensitive eyes. I can wear this on my eyes with no primer and it doesnt go anywhere. It lasts on my waterline. I have heterochromia and it makes both my eyes pop!
Doesn't glide and is dry
I love the color but the application is terrible. it does not glide on easily and it does not smudge out to make it softer to build up as you go. I expected more because of the price for this. I wouldn't recommend

I purchased the teal pencil. I received the outer wooden case which houses the pencil separately from the actual teal liner. I feel so disrespected by Natasha personally. 🖐🏼 I wish I could give a performance review, but for the aforementioned reason that is impossible.
