Step 1: HG Shampoo - Dispense a small amount into your hands and lather. Massage into wet hair, focusing on the scalp and roots, then rinse. Repeat as necessary.
Step 2: Miracle Hair Mask - Use in place of conditioner. Remove excess water from hair. Massage a small amount from mid-shaft to ends. Leave in for 15 minutes and rinse thoroughly.
Step 3: Intensive Spray - Spritz directly onto your scalp and gently massage in with fingertips. Apply once a day to wet or dry hair.
Step 4: Heat Protect Spray - Mist hair from roots to ends before styling. Can be used on wet or dry hair.
Caution: Do not get into the eyes; rinse with cool water in the event of contact. Stop use if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children.

- Official Answer By Bondi Boost - Brand EngageHi there, Many thanks for getting in touch with us. We recommend using our Intensive Spray in the AM daily to support hair that won't seem to grow. The miracle hair mask is great as a weekly treatment. When it comes to washing your hair we don't recommend over washing your hair as this can strip your hair of it's natural oils. The shampoo and conditioner are super lightweight but still super nourishing, and the thickening spray gives my roots an instant lift. Plus, it smells amazing! This set actually surprised me. While the shampoo and conditioners from BondiBoost have worked for me in the past, the styling products are usually a miss for my hair. HOWEVER, This thickening spray?? Chefs kiss!! The shampoo and conditioner compliment is SOOOO well too!! I just wish there was clarification on whether or not the thickening spray can also be used as a heat protectant.

BondiBoost's Lengthen & Strengthen Squad Kit is perfect for testing out the products before purchasing the full size. I have fine hair that's prone to breakage, and I noticed I've been losing a lot less hair when I brush or style it. After a couple of washes, I started noticing my hair was much softer and shinier. My hair feels healthier overall, too with less frizz and no more split ends breaking off every few weeks. These products are sulfate-free, so they're really gentle on the scalp. In fact, it left my scalp feeling clean and refreshed, which was a nice surprise. The scent is clean, fresh, and not too strong. I used the kit as a consistent part of my hair care routine for about two weeks before I noticed visible changes in the length and thickness of my hair. Overall, this kit is amazing for strengthening and improving hair health without all the harsh chemicals! This product was gifted to me in exchange for my honest review.
