Can this be applied over powdered skin?

Yes, while you can apply cream bronzer over powder, but it's generally recommended to apply makeup in order of texture, with liquids going before powders. Buy 2 shades darker
Great texture but the color is too translucent. In order to get the bronzing effect but the darkest shade. I'm pale and laguna is not dark enough due to product translucency when applied

Product itself is not bad and it blends well with the right brush, but the shade I got is not equivalent at all to the same shade in its powder version. Bought the same shade I use for powder (Laguna 02 original) and it's very cool tone and much darker in comparison. Looks muddy on skin. The powder version in this shade is lighter and more neutral tone, and looks absolutely beautiful on skin as a bronzer. My skin is light medium neutral and this cream version is more of a contour product for me, which I don't use, and can't return or exchange because it was conveniently made "final sale" when i bought it with discount. Pretty annoying to do that with a product that's not been discontinued. Overall, not happy with this product and wouldn't recommend this shade.

I've repurchased this cream bronzer at least 5 times now in the original Laguna color. I have light-medium to medium skin when I'm more tan. I have tried so many other cream bronzers but I always come back to this one. It compliments the Arizona sun type tan I get. It's the perfect neutral without leaning to yellow or orange on me personally. There's a good amount of product in the puck so it lasts me a year or so. I can blend it with my fingers easily in areas (eyes, nose, under my lip) to contour and with a brush beautifully sheered out for my cheeks and forehead without patchiness. The cream is also hydrating without being greasy. I do set everything with powders because I have mature (38 yrs old) combo skin with an OILY t-zone and I live in HOT & dry Arizona. It's been the perfect happy medium for me. I also have sensitive acne prone skin and it does not break me out. Something else to note, it plays well with a lot of my other foundations and doesn't lift. Oh and one more thing lol there is a light fragrance to itif that bothers you but at this point I'm nose blind to it 😂 I absolutely LOVE this bronzer! Please don't ever discontinue or reformulate!!!!!!!

Ended up loving it! It gives a perfect amount of warmth to my pale olive skin. Very easy to blend using either brush or sponge. It leaves a natural shadow. I got it on, sale so it's an incredibly good deal for this amount of high quality product.

Wanted to love it, but I don't hate it. Fair girlies beware! Pulled a little orange on my skin - not ideal. I set with a cooler powder bronzer so it's still wearable. However, the formula is magical, so buttery and blends like a dream.
