Poor packaging when you order one item
Good product but very poor packaging. Even though I only order one item from your website, it should still be packed carefully. Apparently it arrived smashed. Thankfully the product inside is good so not need to return and replace which is a lot more time to waste.

My face always feels clean and smooth after using this cleanser but I'm not absolutely in love with it. I can't find that 'OMG it's amazing' quality in it. I also don't care for the scent. I probably would not purchase again but I would use it if I have it.

I am happy with my purchase and trying it was my best decision. This On and Off Cleanser is so good in using it just a little bit on you tips and in circular motion you use it on your face. Rinse it with lukewarm water and pat dry.
