Fill in brows with brow pencil using short, hair-like strokes. For a natural look, start with a light touch and build colour to desired fullness and intensity. Apply brow highlighter along the brow bone, just under the arch of the brow and blending out toward temples. For best results, swivel up to expose the minimum amount of product needed. Recap tightly to avoid dry out.

You can stop putting the highlighter with it and give more of the brow pencil and charge even more! This is the only product that works to fill in my sparse areas and nothing else works as well!

I have been using the Instant Lift for Brows for several years as I watch my own brows disappear. I don't need the highlighter, but it has been worth it anyway. Nothing is worse than having a product you so depend on suddenly disappear. I don't even know where to go from here ... and, no, the "thinner" version of this product is not the same! Please bring it back -- in 03 Deep Brown! Or, at the very least, send me the dregs remaining in the warehouse. I am happy to buy four or five to get me through the next year!!!

I love this. So quick and fool proof. I've been using this for years and while I don't use the highlighter end on the brows, I use it for a quick pop of shine on my eyes and it's subtle but effective. Please bring this back. My rushed morning routine depends on it.

Easy to Use Brow Pencil

I love this brow pencil. Its formula is soft and very easy to apply. It also helps to keep unruly brows in place. I also love the wider shape of the pencil rather than the skinny hard liners. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of 5 is because I don't think it's necessary to have the highlighter with the brow pencil.
