I need the eyeshadow I buy to be the blackest black I can find, will this apply with full and dark coverage no matter the color underneath?

While the palette offers beautiful shades, the black in the Gilded Mini is richly pigmented and designed to give you great coverage. However, depending on the base color or primer you’re using, you may want to layer it for an even more dramatic effect. Love the colors, that being said it's cheap. You get what you pay for I guess. The cream color was pretty but completely crumbled when using.
