Smells nice, bad at cleansing
This product smells nice and I like that the packaging is pretty and not plastic. I've used it for about a week now and I won't purchase it again. Very thin and doesn't cleanse well at all
This was so thin, you have to use at least 5-6 pumps to feel like you even have enough to cover the face. It is definitely only for your no-makeup days where all you're wearing is sunscreen and lip balm, it won't remove anything heavier than that. Doesn't foam up or really make any proof that its cleansing anything. I normally love Pacifica so I was really disappointed.
They need to just re-label it a milky cleanser. Love it.
I, like many other reviewers, was initially very frowny-face when it did not foam; however, I kept washing my face with it. Honestly, it cleans my face really well, washes off clean, and leaves my skin soft. No dryness for me. It smells good, too.

This cleanser is the perfect balance of gentle and effective for my sensitive skin. It foams nicely and rinses clean with no residue and doesn't irritate my skin or break me out. I love it!

One of my favourite cleansers ever. Doesn't irritate my sensitive skin, even when I have a rash flare-up nor does it bother my eyes. Makes my skin feel clean and not stripped. It doesn't foam but that doesn't bother me as I wasn't aware it was advertised as foaming until I read the reviews. I will agree that it doesn't remove make up though. I rarely wear make up so that's not an issue for me but when I do wear it, I need to use a different cleanser. I also adore the scent and the gorgeous bottle. Of course I buy product for how it works first but if I have a choice between two that work great, I will choose the prettier package and this bottle is pretty enough to display.
