With clean hands, insert 1 Flora Power suppository into the vagina daily as needed or for up to 5 days. Expect some discharge over the course of the night (we like to wear a thin pad to protect our undies) but understand that this is normal. You should always insert after you have fully emptied your bladder, especially after sexual intercourse. For ongoing vaginal care, follow up with The Killer Boric Acid Suppositories to maintain normal levels of vaginal yeast.

I first fell in love with The Killer suppositories to help me deal with yeast growth after antibiotic use. Now I've switched to using Flora Power while I'm taking the antibiotics and I don't end up developing the yeast. I have a weak immune system and these suppositories are a true blessing. Used them for a little bit of time, I just didn't like the discharge that came with it, although, these were nice!
They changed?
The first time that i used this product worked wonders, but the second time i purchased the items they were not the same. As it said in the description they are made with boric acid a smell thats very distinguishable and also the one thing that i feel it does the job down there. But my second purchase time they didn't come with a boric acid smell at all.
