Pour in 2 cupfuls of Epsom Salt Soaking Solution under warm, running water to transform an ordinary bath into a gentle, moisturizing spa. Soak for 20 minutes.

I was really excited to try this stuff as I've heard great things about it. Unfortunately it's not for me, I after about 10 minutes I got super itchy and broke out in hives. It has a really nice and relaxing scent to it, just not for my sensitive skin.

I enjoy detoxing with the eucalyptus epsom salt bath soak. I turn off the lights, light a candle, turn on relaxing music and emerge from the bathroom about an hour later fully refreshed.
