Only for woodsy musk lovers If you DO NOT love - not just like, but 1000% adore - the scent of palo santo wood with hints of musk and ambery incense, you WILL NOT like this scent. I love the scent of palo santo in any form, and it is featured heavily in this perfume. It's not super sweet, it's not a delicate floral, it's not a fresh bright scent, nor is it crisp and green. It's extremely woody like fresh cut lumber thanks to the palo santo, ebony, and papyrus. Ebony is an oil that also smells exactly like freshly cut wood. There's a hint of light floral from the apple blossom and bergamot that keeps this from being overly masculine. The incense brings the touch of smokey amber to the mix. The bite of black pepper is present but not overpowering. This isn't a scent you'd wear for an outdoor summer wedding, or for young tweens or teens.
So why buy this? Because the scent matures into something darkly alluring and sexy. A little bit wild and daring. My husband refers to it as "sex in a bottle" and won't leave me alone whenever I wear it. A friend said this scent to her is "now the woman is in charge of the 'Red Room' and all the toys. She's ready to play and the guy better watch out!" She then bought the biggest bottle of this scent - hah.
At first smell a lot of people will be turned off by this. Don't go by simply sniffing the sprayer or a piece of paper. Spray your wrist pulse points, don't rub them together (which degrades scent molecules), and let the spray air dry and develop on your skin for a good 20 -30 minutes. Then give it a good sniff from both wrists, and have others smell it too that haven't been around it and aren't partially nose blind. Get a sample and try over a couple of days since your skin's chemistry is always altering based on what you eat and drink, meds, activity level, hormones, body temp, etc. What you hate one day you may love the next, and vice versa.
Smell Isn't Really Appealing The smell is strong and while I won't say it was a bad smell, it wasn't something I would want to wear, and I can't say I can imagine Billie would wear this either. Everyone who I let smell test it didn't particularly enjoy it, and I sprayed some on my clothes to see how it would smell after settling and see how long it lasts, but even after a day or two it didn't change how I felt. Definitely a fragrance, maybe just not for me. Its base notes remind me of a lot of generic colognes and didn't stand out/impress. I'm kind of surprised all other reviews are so high, but it is "Billie's" perfume so fans bound to hype it up. Love her to death, hope for a better third release.
Makes me smell like a forest witch 5

I have and love Eilish #1 so wanted to try #2 as well, and I immediately ended up buying the full size. Like the original it lasts an incredibly long time both on skin and clothes with little product used. So bang for the buck is stellar.
The scent is very different from #1 but no less beautiful IMO. It gives a kind of "forest after a lightningstorm" vibe to me and it's killer. Definitely woodsy/earthy and there's a little bite from what I'm assuming is the bergamot and pepper that gives it edge. While 1 is sexy and mysterious, 2 is dangerous and dark in the best way.
I adore it and will absolutely be repurchasing it.

This perfume smells amazing. It's definitely more unisex, and smells woody and sultry. If the first one was too sweet for you, this is probably a better match.
I would 100% buy this again. It's so worth it for the price. 5

It is a lighter scent but it's very unique and it last longer when sprayed on clothes or fabric rather then on your skin.
DON'T DO IT 1

This is an absolutely disgusting perfume. It smells like burnt rubber mixed with bug killer and a touch of men's cologne. I'm astounded that this was approved when being made and publicly distributed as a women's perfume. What a let down. I also like woodsy fragrances but this is awful.
Reminds me so much of oud 5

I have been looking for something that smells like oud and bakhoor without having to burn it. This smells so much like some that I smelt when I visited the UAE.. I love the more masculine smells. I wear men's cologne a lot. I like the more unique smells & not the flowery/sweet scents. I would definitely recommend, especially if you want to stand out with your scent.
