Flimsy if you have thick or long hair
I bought these clips because I love the matte finish. I thought these clips would be comparable to the Goody ones I have had for years. They look the same in shape, but they are not the same strength! They are flimsy & my hair falls down after a couple minutes. It's only useful for pulling back half...

They do not break and stay put!
Normally I wouldn't be bothered to write a review for something like a claw clip however, these are wonderful and last forever. I have tried numerous well-known brands like Scunci and their claw clips usually break after just a few uses, the claws usually snap off. These clips stay put well because they have a slight "grippy" matte texture to them and I just love them. It's totally worth the little extra money for these clips. I have owned the set of 2 for over a year and they haven't broken yet! I cannot say the same for ANY other brand of claw clips I have used in my life. I have fine hair but a lot of it and these work just wonderfully. I just made a purchase of their spin pins and I can't wait to try them.
