GiGi appeared like a lil angel at my Oak Brook Ulta!!!
You don't always know how a shopping trip may unfold - all I needed was a retinol refill. I was so sad realize Ulta no longer carried my retinol brand and honestly wasn't sure what to do - there were way too many option. Around the shelf popped out an energetic, outgoing associate named Gigi who offered to help. She guided me towards Clarins and asked how much time I had. She gave me the works, and made me feel like a million bucks! I was nourished both from the product, the impromptu detailed education about the organic products, the patience she bestowed on me as I asked a load of questions. BUT it was her kind soul that made me feel relaxed and excited about the products. Needless to say I bought numerous items (including the double serum - LOVE!) and came back a week later with a friend because there was another cleanser I saved up to buy. Gigi was again at the store and greeted me with her authentic smile and hello, and introduced herself to my friend. This friend of mine was not planning to buy anything that day, however after spending time testing Clarins products with Gigi she bought more than I did! Now - fast forward two weeks, and this friend had a very serious planned surgery but was in the hospital for a few days recovering. Each day she texted me a photo of her face so I could keep my eye on her recovery (no visitors at the hospital). In response to her daily photo I wrote, "Hi - your skin looks radiant in your photos each day :-) ." She replied, "LOL. Thanks...It is truly the only thing I feel good about right now! I have been using the Clarins products daily..." I HAD to share this. I don't typically write reviews, but everyone at Ulta, Clarins and Gigi too should know what an impact you all are making. Thank you!
Radiant skin
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This product really does boost the radiance of my skin. I feel like I can definitely see improvement in texture and dark spots which have been two of my biggest pain points with my skin. It also just feels so luxurious putting it on! Definitely recommend!
