I liked this eyeshadow. It is a sheer, shimmery eyeshadow. If you feel like you need an extra oomph to your look, this is a great way to add it! With that being said, it may be a con for other people. If you do want that pigmented look, you have to really pack it on with your fingers since it is very difficult to do so with a brush. The eyeshadow is buildable and can get to that promised "dazzle"shadow promised in the name.

*I received this product for free in exchange for a review* This eyeshadow is beautiful. I tried applying it with a brush and just with my finger. It is better when using my finger as it applies evenly this way. I also tried applying it with a primer and without a primer. It lasts longer with a primer, makes the color pop more, and does not crease. There was a bit of fallout but not as bad as other shadows. I would buy this again.

This product was very smooth to touch. The pigmentation was great. It is on the shimmer side, but it is buildable, which to me is not a con. The other thing I like to point out is that it is very skin tone friendly I tried it on different people in my house, and it looked great on every single one of them. if you're busy and can add items into your routine because you're afraid it won't work. This is definitely product you want to try.
