Color applies well, I find best used as a top coat though because once you blend some (not all) of the sparkle and brightness die down. Beautiful pigment that goes a long way and is very smooth to work with. You would need a heavy duty setting spray I wager if you are a partier.

I keep this in my makeup box all the time. I have at least 30 colors of MAC shadows but I go through one often. I used it on my daughter-in-law for her wedding and it was gorgeous! If you haven't tried this shade, do yourself a favor and try it.

I love MAC. They have many cosmetics that suit my richly melanated skin. Their eyeshadow Bronze was the perfect metallic nude on me and a staple in my kit. Alas it has been discontinued, and I have not found an equivalent in their collection. Online, Incinerated looked like the new Bronze. The description mentions a red undertone. But all the model and sample swatch photos make it look like a lovely chocolately bronze. Not so! When I took it home, and swatched it, it gave off a very dark pink/purple shade. Not Bronze at all! Metallic Nude eye shadows are a great way to softly wake up the eyes when you are going for a very natural glowy no makeup makeup look, or going very minimal with a bit of targeted concealer and lip gloss. A Metallic Nude that closely matches your skin tone is a must in every woman's kit! I loved using MAC Bronze in this way. Whether for evening or day, MAC Bronze was just the most perfect hue, never let me down and added a bit of natural light to make my eyes sparkle. So disappointed, and my search for the perfect Bronze continues. For reference, I'm about an NW45 in MAC.
