Stopped Working Properly After 3 Months
I would not recommend this face mask to anyone. I purchased this product in April 2025, and with regular use, the Under-Eye Revive Treatment fan stopped working properly by late July 2025. I was extremely disappointed because I loved using this mask until then. Additionally, Ulta will not exchange, refund, or give merchandise credit for this product since it falls outside their 30-60 day return policy. You will need to contact Shark directly for the product to be replaced or fixed, which I am currently doing.
Lights "bleached" vision…solution found.

I bought this for my teenage son who has severe acne. I was concerned about the intensity of the LED lights so close to his eyes. The mask has foam around the eye openings to supposedly block out light but when I tried it out, I thought the lights were too bright even with eyes closed the entire time, the light still penetrates. My son thought he'd use it would the solar eclipse film and he said the lights "bleached" his vision after using it for the 8 minutes for skin clearing. It too some time for his vision to normalize. To solve this, I used tanning bed sunnies but those weren't comfortable as the mask pressed them into my eye sockets and they still allowed the lights from the mask to penetrate my eyelids. My next solution was to use solar eclipse glasses. These were the paper type with the sun block film so I cut and taped them to the inside of the mask. Wow, it made a tremendous difference in the lights. No lights at all. Shark needs to do this to remedy the issue with the mask affecting vision. We're only born with one set of eyes.
Love this mask
I absolutely love this mask and accidentally submitted a review with two stars because I didn't even click on the stars. before thinking the cooling eye feature is a nice added feature. I already noticed a decrease in the inflammation and redness on my face.
Great mask
I'm glad I spent the money on this product because I've used cheaper masks before and they don't do anything. I'm have noticed less redness and inflammation my skin after a few uses. I've been using it consistently. The cooling eye feature is a nice touch!
Battery Stinks

I got this as a bday gift in May. I've been using it faithfully since, and the results are OK. But the battery life absolutely stinks!! I have to charge it after every single use. So if I use the Better Aging and the Under Eye Revive, it's then dead! So annoying! Wish I could send it back and get a different brand.
