If you want to create a soft and sultry lip look, try applying the Mousse in the centre of your bottom lip, before pressing lips together and blending out to create a slightly smudged, blurred effect (read: SEXY). For a stronger, more contoured look, try using a contrasting shade of a lip liner. For a 90's supermodel vibe, pick a complimentary shade of liner and create ultra-sharp definition.
