To cleanse: Wet the brush side and apply a face cleanser onto the bristles. Using circular motions, rub the brush from the center of your face, outward, and down to your neck. Once you've covered all areas, rinse your face and brush. Use daily.
To exfoliate: Apply an exfoliating scrub over moistened skin and using the silicone side of the brush, massage your face for 30 seconds to allow for deep cleaning. Rinse your face and brush. Use 2-3 times a week.

I was dumb enough to buy this product even though I saw the several reviews going g 5+ years back saying the bristles are too soft to scrub the face. Those reviews were right. The reason it gets 2 stars is because the scrubby side of the brush is decent.

I was getting horrible cystic acne on my forehead and the silicone side helped get rid of them in no time. I use it a couple of times a week and my acne has decreased significantly. I use the other side to apply face masks, not to clean. I love this brush.

I was given this by my sister and only now realized that it's incredibly expensive for what it is. This is soft and good so it won't scratch your skin, but it's expensive.
A great cleansing brush, even for sensitive skin
This is a great cleansing brush for all skin types. It is gentle enough for the most sensitive skin, but still provides a deep clean because of the amount of packed bristles. I think others that are used to a more stiff brush head may not like it at first, but I would reccomend sticking with it to see the results. The very gentle exfoliation that occurs is great for skin without damaging it, and really cleans deep. I was skeptical at first as I was used to the clarisonic brush heads and this is very different but my skin has never been better. this brush has lasted me about 2 years and I will be repurchasing. P.s. I clean this brush about every week with diluted cleaning solution (which I reccomend for all face brushes to avoid mildew/bacteria)

This is useless, first off, it's manuel, it doesn't spin, I thought at least it was battery operated, no. The brush is so soft, all it does is smear cleanser around, not cleaning the skin.The exfoliating side is fine but not worth anything.
