really confused by all the 5star reviews
maybe there is just some secret to applying that they dont tell you? this product is so horribly dry and cakey no matter how much moisturizer you put on before and it does not blend out at all and immediately emphasizes any fine lines and gets so splotchy when you attempt to blend. even adding setting spray or blending with a moist beauty blender does nothing to help this product blend. really disappointed that i chose this as my diamond gift and wish i could return :(
It didn't work for me
The packaging is nice and I wanted to try something that I never tried and it made my face breakout and be really itchy. I had to return it. It took a few days but my face finally calmed down from the reaction.

I bought this product for the first time. It appears to be good coverage and I like that it's a two in one that could replace me having to do foundation and powder. However the color was so dark I look ridiculous wearing it. I consulted with the online person before ordering. I told this which colors I wear in the base and powder. I told them the one they recommended looked very dark and they said it's just how it looks in the picture. So I went with what they said and it is just as dark as the picture looked. And looks terrible on me. So if you are going to purchase, I would recommend going in a store that sells it first so they can color match you.

This was suggested to me when I was at ULTA The last thing I wanted was another foundation, as I have spent lots of $ on cosmetics lately. I said, I need something that's really fast. Cause some days I start at 6am and even though I really like a couple of the others I bought, they take time to apply. And almost accentuate the wrinkles around my lips from the heaviness of the product. I have very sensitive ,dry (with some rosacea) I love love love this. I cannot say enough. I think it looks better applying with a brush. But, it's beautiful U put it where u need it, blends really nice. It does not feel like I have makeup on. And now I'm using it everyday instead of the others, that were more costly. Thank you Clinique. Game changer for this 55yr old

Covers great I am 43 years old and all I have to use is concealer and then this I don't even have to use face powder or any foundation. Definitely recommend
