I use loose foundation and bought this brush to replace my worn out buki brush that came with my original starter set waaaay back a long time ago. This ibis a great product for picking up loose powder and Bare Minerals foundations. I wish it were more versatile for other products as well so you don't need to crafty around multiple brushes when traveling. It is incredibly soft though and feels great on the face.

It's so soft - it's a nice size to carry around in a makeup bag as well. It also applies the loose powder evenly.
