Wanted to love it too
It's not what I expected. I expected for it to be flexible. Have to go over my face with my hands to get in the crevices. That defeats the purpose. Works great for mask applications and removal, but not for everyday cleansing.

Worth it
I put off buying this wand because I thought of it as a "want" instead of a "need." I'm glad I finally caved. I normally put face masks on with a flat foundation brush or my fingers. I found that I've used less product with this. The masks are easier to spread, and since nothing actually sticks to the wand, it's so easy to clean off what little mask is left. I alternate between face cloths and an Foreo device, but I sometimes forget to put the Foreo back in the shower (first world problems, I know). Now I keep that in the shower, and I can keep this at my sink. I feel like my face is just ask clean when I use this wand. I think it's a good investment for the price. Two in one. Worth it.
