Most Helpful Positive Review Possibly the best foundation ever I'm a bit of a makeup junkie and foundations are my favorite thing to try (drugstore, high end, luxury, green beauty, you name it) and this may be the prettiest foundation I've ever worn. It looks like skin, yet provides good coverage (you can go super light or build it up to about medium). It feels totally weightless and gives my skin a subtle, healthy-looking radiance without looking or feeling greasy. It doesn't transfer onto my mask and looks better the longer I wear it. For reference I'm about an NC25 and I got the shade James, it's literally a perfect match. I really love that they have so many shades and undertones. And I'm really excited Ulta is selling some Credo Beauty products now!
Most Helpful Critical Review Worst foundation I've ever tried Looks horrible. No application method works for me on this one, nor do any primers or lack there of. It separated, got patchy, wore horribly throughout the day. It cling to dry patches I didn't know I had and I'm oily. And then it got extremely greasy after less than 4 hours of wear. Everything that went on top looked patchy. So so so so so bad!

LITERALLY the best foundation I've ever tried and I've tried everything. It's like all the things I've loved about my fave foundations wrapped up into one. You can layer it easily without it looking cakey. I wore this to work where I have a mask and shield on all day and it didn't even budge. But it's also not too matte, like it still looks like skin, and I'm super super oily. Fantastic.
My new favorite foundation! 5

I was using MAC foundation for years, then more recently tried two other "clean" brands that were decent. Exa shade range and matching is superior and I love that it feels more like skin care than makeup! Goes on smoothly with buildable coverage that lasts all day. Highly recommend!
BEST foundation 5

I've tried about 50 different foundations over the past year (bored in quarantine), and this one is absolutely in my top five. Not only is the shade range wonderful, but the finish and versatility of this product is next level. Beautiful, skin like finish thag gives decent coverage without covering everything, can be blended in with a brush, sponge or hands. So excited about this product and really looking forward to what other products Exa launches- would love to see a concealer!
LOVE THIS FOUNDATION! 5

I have recently switched to greener/clean beauty products due to the onset of allergies and skin sensitivities. The one area I had been unable to find a great product was foundation. Then I tried this Exa foundation and am in love. It's honestly better than every high-end I've worn and I've worn nearly all of them. This has great texture and buildable coverage. It has nice satin finish that looks well with or without powder. It lasts beautifully and stays true to its color as is dries down and oxidizes. Highly recommend!!!
Awesome foundation 5

Love this foundation. It's more of a dewy finish. Wears really nice and looks like skin. I recommend a setting powder after.

I love this foundation. The color selection is excellent. The finish is natural. It's not matte, not dewy, but somewhere in between so it just looks like skin. Beautiful medium to full coverage. It lasts when set with a translucent setting powder. It does not settle in pores. Also has nice skincare ingredients and does not feel heavy on the skin. I purchased this from another beauty site, and I'm so glad Ulta carries this brand now.

First of all, shade range wow! Second, clean ingredients wow! Thirdly, it does what it says it will!
Def buildable fin light to med maybe high. Does not crack over my dry (maskne) skin. Gives a healthy glow. Love it! Better than Bite and lighter than Ilia.

Love love love this! However I do agree the shade range runs dark. But honestly it's always been an issue the other way around so I am not mad about it, just go on the lighter side when choosing a color. I am an Pearl in too face born this way and I got Stefania 470. It works, but I could do with a shade a little lighter. I just light up a hair with my concealer.
Great Foundation! 4

This is a wonderful and clean foundation - I have been using it for months since I bought it from Credo. The negative that I have about it is that even the light shades are really dark. If you have actual fair skin, you must buy the lightest shade, the other shades are too dark. I really wish they had lighter shades with different undertones instead of one choice for pale people.

I started using this almost as soon as exa released it. I'm so excited that Ulta is now carrying it! I have super sensitive, reactive, oily to dehydrated skin. I've tried countless foundations over the last 1.5 years & could never find one that met all of my needs. This one checks off every box on my list! It's clean, a decent price, non-irritating, has good, buildable coverage (even over redness), stays put all day, & plays well with other products. I use this with the exa primer beforehand & both on top of skin that has been prepped with a hydrating serum, light moisturizer, & a zinc-based sunscreen. I have fair to light neutral skin & wear the shade Liam 480.
