Step One: For natural definition, lightly create short, hair-like strokes to the sparse areas of your brows.
Step Two: Build up the colour as desired and use the attached spoolie to comb through brow hairs.
Step Three: Use Brow Gel (sold separately) to keep brow hairs in place.

I love this but the packaging sucks!
Color is perfect to my hair and blends in smooths and not clumpy. Yall need to change the packaging bc the stick always comes out and twisting it up is weird too.
Very Cheap Packaging and Ulta Does Not Offer 'Blonde' Shade!
I use the shade 'blonde' and have to buy it from Coloupop direct because for some reason Ulta decided not to carry the blonde shade! With that said, the blonde shade matches wonderful HOWEVER the whole package of this brow pencil is complete garbage. It is made SO cheaply. The actual pencil is SO utterly brittle and whenever you take the clear cap off of the spoolie, it breaks. So i leave the clear cap off all the time now. I wish Colourpop would not be so cheap on the mechanism and I wish Ulta would carry the blonde shade!
Very disappointed in product
When I received this brow pencil, it was already broken in the box. I took it out of box and took the cover off and the pencil lead fell out of the pencil and I couldn't get it back in.
