Is there a designated pickup spot outside the store?

There are no designated spots for curbside pickup in the parking lots at our stores. Simply drive up to the entrance, call the number in your confirmation email, and tell the associate your name and description of your car.

Do I need to tip associates for delivering to my car?

Accepted Answer

Not at all; this is our way of helping you get the beauty you love quickly and safely. We appreciate the thought—a simple smile and wave will do!

Is there a cost for curbside pickup or minimum purchase amount?

Accepted Answer

Our curbside pickup service is free, and there’s no minimum purchase amount.

Question 4

Are any products excluded from curbside pickup?

Accepted Answer

There are no product exclusions with curbside pickup, as long as that product is available at your selected store. Note that gift cards are excluded from curbside pickup, but you can purchase them, or an e-gift card, online.

Question 5

Will I get charged for the purchase after pickup?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you’ll be charged for the purchase upon pickup. Before that, an authorization hold will be placed on your payment method when your order is placed. This mirrors our Buy Online Pick Up in Store service.

Question 6

How long will it take between placing an order and being able to pick up?

Accepted Answer

Since order sizes and demand vary for each store, it’s tough to estimate a specific timeframe. However, we’ll be sure to send emails as your order is ready. Our associates will work as quickly and safely as possible to process orders as they’re received.

Question 7

What if I miss my window for curbside pickup?

Accepted Answer

You’ll have five days to pick up your order. If you can’t make it, we’ll cancel your order and you won’t be charged. You’d then have to place a new order.

Can someone other than me pick up my order?

Accepted Answer

Yes; when you check out, you’ll have the option to identify an alternate pickup person. When they drive up and call, they’ll need to have the order confirmation email and their ID.

Why did Ulta Beauty decide to provide curbside pickup?

We know that many guests have been wanting a safe, convenient way to get the beauty essentials they love. At the same time, the health and safety of our communities remain our top priority while in store shopping and services are temporarily closed. With increased safety measures in place, we’re able to launch this at select locations.

What if I want to return my curbside pickup order?

When stores fully reopen, we’ll be happy to help with your curbside pickup returns then. If you want to process your return before stores reopen, you can mail it to our returns center. This is only available for curbside pickup orders. Here’s how it works: Print your order confirmation and mark the items you want returned. If you don’t have access to a printer, neatly write your full name, order number and the item numbers for the products you’re returning (found on your receipt). You’ll receive a refund in the form of your original payment.

What if one of my curbside pickup items is damaged or missing?

For missing items, contact Guest Services at 1-866-983-8582. For damaged items, we’ll be happy to help when stores fully reopen. If you’d like to resolve before stores reopen, you can mail the damaged item to our returns center. This is only available for curbside pickup orders. Here’s how it works: Print your order confirmation and mark the items you want returned. If you don’t have access to a printer, neatly write your full name, order number and the item numbers for the products you’re returning (found on your receipt). You’ll receive a refund in the form of your original payment.

Can I add to my order when I get to the store?

In store shopping remains closed, so items can’t be added to your order. The only orders accepted at the moment are through ulta.com or the app to ensure payments are made electronically and contact is limited.

How can I find my Member ID?

Use our lookup tool to find your Member ID with your phone number or email address. Once you've found it, go to My Rewards to link it to your account.
