There are no designated spots for curbside pickup in the parking lots at our stores. Simply drive up to the entrance, and use the link in your confirmation email or text message to let the store know you're here.

Our curbside pickup service is free, and there’s no minimum purchase amount.
There are no product exclusions with curbside pickup, as long as that product is available at your selected store. Note that gift cards are excluded from curbside pickup, but you can purchase them, or an e-gift card, online.
Yes, you’ll be charged for the purchase upon pickup. Before that, an authorization hold will be placed on your payment method when your order is placed. This mirrors our Buy Online Pick Up in Store service.
Since order sizes and demand vary for each store, it’s tough to estimate a specific timeframe. However, we’ll be sure to send emails as your order is ready. Our associates will work as quickly and safely as possible to process orders as they’re received.
You’ll have five days to pick up your order. If you can’t make it, we’ll cancel your order and you won’t be charged. You’d then have to place a new order.
Yes; when you check out, you’ll have the option to identify an alternate pickup person. When they drive up and call, they’ll need to have the order confirmation email and their ID.

At the same time, the health and safety of our communities remain our top priority while in store shopping and services are temporarily closed. With increased safety measures in place, we’re able to launch this at select locations.
When stores fully reopen, we’ll be happy to help with your curbside pickup returns then. If you want to process your return before stores reopen, you can mail it to our returns center. This is only available for curbside pickup orders. Here’s how it works: Print your order confirmation and mark the items you want returned. If you don’t have access to a printer, neatly write your full name, order number and the item numbers for the products you’re returning (found on your receipt). You’ll receive a refund in the form of your original payment.
