Was this reformulated or repackaged? I remember this was my holy grail mascara, and i want to buy it again. The writing came of, but I could of sworn it was waterproof but with the pink writing.

Holy grail for 10 years
I have been using this mascara since i first started wearing makeup at age 12/13. I'm in my twenties now. I have asian eyelashes that are straight/downward BUT theyre actually very long and full. Every single mascara i have ever used, besides this one, weigh my lashes down and smudge under my eyes like crazy. Ive tried every mascara recommended for straight lashes from high end to drugstore to asian brands and i always come back to this one. I find it works best after the first 3-4 uses once its able to dry out a bit but still works beautifully from a fresh tube. The only "con", and this is true for every mascara for me and i've come to terms with it, is that it will smudge under the outer corner of my eye after a few hours but i'm talking after 6 or so hours. I do have a fairly wide/thick aegyo sal so it's to be expected and I've learned some ways to minimise it. But given everything i LOVE about this mascara, I will happily deal with have to do a mild clean up under my eyes a couple times a day. If this mascara ever gets discontinued I really don't know what i would do, this has been my holy grail for a decade. I will say it is pretty hard to remove. The only makeup remover that I've used that works for this is the neutrogena oil free eye makeup remover. Just put it on a cotton round and let it sit on the product for a bit before wiping/rubbing off. I'm sure any makeup remover of a similar type/form would work too. TL;DR I have long asian lashes and this has been the only mascara to work for me even after trying all kinds of mascaras for 10 years.
Best masacra for flat lashes

This masacara LIFTED my lashes. My lashes are flat. Ive tried other mascaras and none of them worked as well as this one did! Will purchase again.
Would not repurchase
This mascara was really disappointing. Not a lot of mascara goes onto the lashes when applying so you have to keep sweeping more on but it doesn't actually build and then just gets clumpy. I'm usually willing to use a product until it is empty even if I don't love it but I threw this in the trash after three uses. NO VOLUME. It barely applies to your lashes at all. Would not repurchase and am actually not willing to explore other Maybelline mascaras after this one.
No volume, just length
This was average on the my lashes. I didn't observe any kind of volume or even clumping, though it did lengthen a little bit. Now I use it on my eyebrows since it doesn't give the effect I want on my lashes. Works better on my brows! Definitely waterproof.
