Magnesium Body Scrub: Before bed, take a scoop of me in the shower or bath and rub in slow circular motions -- the beginning of any good night on your own.
Therapy Body Oil: Use 2-3 drops of my body oil directly on the skin or mixed into your favorite moisturizer, or straight into your bath for silk skin and melting muscles.

What a great bundle. The scrub literally MELTS into your body, and is super luscious. The body oil is also lovely - on body and in the bath. Cannot fault it, worth the price for me.

Franks new Tired Babes Club Kit is pure magic! First you use the magnesium body scrub in the shower to smooth your skin and help relax tired muscles. Once you're out of the shower and towel dried you can add a fee drops of the magnesium body oil. Rub it into any spots that are sore or just all over to relax. The body oil leaves your skin feeling super smooth and gas a very subtle, soft scent.

I'm a bit obsessed with all things Frank so I decided to snag this kit bc body oils are life and who doesn't need another dissolving scrub?! I was sore from lifting weights and used the scrub on my calves and arms - it left a nice oil behind after rinsing and after showering I massaged the body oil into my sore forearms and later was pleasantly surprised by the nice smell lingering on my body. It's an "I feel extra kit" but useful 👌 and the puffy bag + eye mask are handy.
