- Wait 30 seconds before closing mouth and 10-30 minutes before eating or drinking.

Made my teeth extremely sensitive. You can't whiten the Dentin of teeth. Just the surface stains which can be done with baking soda & peroxide. Item wasn't worth it.

Maybe it'd be good to maintain already sparkling white teeth but as someone who's trying to whiten their teeth by a shade or two nope, no difference using it. It didn't even lighten at least half a shade, literally nothing.

Absolutely obsessed!! I have used the whitening pen for 2 days, twice a day like it says and I already notice a HUGE difference! I am so mad I didn't take before shots because this pen is amazing!!! 1000/10!

I wanted to like this really bad. Now i dont hate it but having to apply it twice a day is annoying. It is easy to apply though, it isnt messy, and you can keep it in your purse. It doesnt take long to see a difference because there is something in it that makes your teeth immediately look whiter but that doesn't last long. I have only used it maybe 6 times so maybe jt takes longer to work? But I prefer my Crest Whitening Strips because I see more resulfs and they actually last a long time. But the flavor is good and it hasn't caused any gum sensitivity yet but i probably won't purchase again.
