Should the shampoo come with a seal under the cap? Mine did not. The conditioner and multi-tasker did have a seal under the caps. Thank you.

Our inventory level is now at a point that we are unable to separate those with seals from those without. This is how you can receive a conditioner with a seal and a shampoo without. I bought the Colore Carr Shampoo and conditioner. Used it 1 time and it left a film on my hair. My hair felt heavy, and just gross. I have thick long platinum hair and wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy. Save your $$. It is a definite no from me.
