A must buy for thick hair
I have super thick hair and ive tried quite a few different hair dryers. This is the best purchase i have ever made, i wish i pulled the triger sooner. It takes me only 10-20 minites to completely dry my hair when im straight out of the shower, whike other products it takes me over an hour sometimes an hour and a half to blow dry. Its a miracle. I will forever repurchase this product
Doesn't last and the worst customer service
Dryer stopped turning on after two years and two months. (Warranty is 2 years) I used it maybe three times a week on short hair. I contacted Dyson and went through all the trouble shooting and it was the gci portion of the plug that failed. They told me I couldn't mail it in for repairs but needed to drive 1+ hours to nearest repair store. When I got there they told me they don't fix the plugs but I could have mailed it. Total waste of time and money. They did offer me 20% off a vacuum. Like that helps.
It has a smell like it's burning
Ive used its and it has a smell like its burning but i dont trust it.
Stopped working 5 minutes out of the box!
As many have said, it stopped working 2 minutes after being used for the first time right out of the box. Never turned on again. I am sending it back for a refund.
