I was going to use this for sectioning my hair when I curl it but this clips do not grip the hair well. You have to make you hair sections super small for it to not slip. These work well. They do hold my hair in place. They are mostly crease-proof but I have fine hair so my hair does crease easily. They are pretty good quality too and don't feel cheap. I'm glad I bought them.
