Okay but not great

This was given as a set to test labeled as Scalp sync. The products are to be applied in the following order - purifying scalp concentrate (leave in for 15 minutes before rinsing), shampoo, conditioner (leave in about 3 minutes before rinsing), Oil balancing serum (to washed and towel dried hair). the formula must have been changed sometime this year, which is unfortunate. i used to love the scalp sync conditikner, especially how it would make my scalp feel minty. now this is just an overpriced mediocre conditioner and it doesnt even make my scalp feel minty anymore. i miss the old scalp sync line

It's a no for me

I'd like to start off with, if you like fragrance than this is for you and it did make my hair slightly soft. It does go on the hair very smoothly. The cons is that the scalp irritating redness reaction is not worth it for the fragrance and slight softness to my hair. It weighs my hair down a lot. Thankfully it was a free sample and I didn't commit to a bigger size to start off with. Personally, I never liked this brand because everything has fragrance and harsh ingredients. I love that they're cruelty free though!

Not Ideal for Sensitive Skin

I really wanted to like this product however after using it about three times I began to notice that my head got really dry and itchy. I do have sensitive skin and so I almost felt like it was more of an allergic reaction in someway to the product. My hair did look nice though and had more volume in it, but I had to discontinue usage because it gave me that reaction and gave my husband and eczema reaction as well.

Does not make my scalp itchy.

I always worry about using conditioner on my scalp, but this conditioner has not caused me any issues. I was having issues with a dry, flaky, itchy scalp, but oily hair. This conditioner along with the shampoo and dry shampoo has solved all of my problems. I wash my hair about every 3 days

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

Never had conditioner like this...

...and when I say that, I mean I never had a conditioner that made my hair feel dry after I applied it. I did the whole routine: the Scalp Concentrate, the shampoo, and then this. I was hoping the conditioner would relieve the straw-like feeling that the shampoo caused, but it only mitigated it a small amount. I should've known better when I read the words "universal conditioner." This is not textured hair friendly and the only thing this scalp sync line did was make my scalp very red and caused my seborrheic dermatitis to flare up more. Also, why is the hole where the conditioner comes out so small?

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend
