Use after shaving or any time in between. Massage a small amount over clean face and neck (for sensitive skin, apply with cotton round). Allow to dry. Finish with Bevel Face Gel.

It does what it's suppose

It does what it's suppose to do but depending on how a person shaves, it can leave a dry feeling along with it not attacking the razor bumps right away. I think that your other bump solution works better at getting rid of razor bumps along with preventing others to form. I dry shave with Babyliss clippers, so that may be a reason why this formula reacts the way it does.
