Give it a chance
So i kinda of bought this on a whim, even the color. Thought it would be really pretty for summer time. When I first opened it, it was almost like opening a marker and I even tried a little on my lips. I'm assuming you might have to have already hydrated lips because it didnt sit well on the lips for me. Anyway, i started using it as a base blush before my powder blush, and let me tell you, it really is pretty! You have to work it into your skin a bit but powders sit well on top of this for anyone looking for a fresh tint or base to your powder blush. It gives it a lot of long lasting stay.
