Great natural highlight for fair skin
I went on a whim and tried this highlight because an Ulta employee recommended it. I have fair skin and was looking for a natural cool toned highlight. I got rose quartz, and I love it! It is a hard pressed highlight so too much doesn't come off at once but it is buildable and will start off subtle....
