Fills in my sparse brows beautifully!I love this brow pencil because it glides on so easily and stays on the entire day with no touching up! My hair is platinum and my brows have lightened up in my 65 years so this works for me in the Blonde shade. This is honestly the best brow pencil I have ever used!Not Worth ItI hate this brow pencil. I only gave it 2 stars because of the natural ingredients. It's WAY too soft, so every time you use it the point smooshes all the way down. Because of this, it's impossible to get a clean line and it looks horrible in the sparse area under my brown bone and towards the tail of my brow where I actually have to draw in as opposed to just filling and coloring. It's like trying to do your brows with a dull crayon. Also, I feel like I'm going through it at an exponential rate as I have to sharpen it every time I use it (but still can never have a crisp point as it instantly wears down the minute I press it into my skin). Also, it doesn't even sharpen smoothly so you have to stop sharpening before you can even get a good point. ALSO, the pigment in the brunette shade is a bit red tinged, almost Auburn. I much prefer a more brown or even just a slightly darker shade. The Found brand eyebrow pencil, a natural cosmetics brand sold at the big blue store, is a thousand times better and costs less. I went back to that and will not be using this ever again.

Eyebrow Pencils Take Practice

Burt's Bees' 1610 brunette eyebrow pencil applies well, is a blendable formulation, and for me, is a natural color match. I have never been an eyebrow pencil user prior to this purchase, so a new makeup area for me. I did have to practice application and blending a few times before I felt comfortable wearing my touched up brows out in public ... initially my efforts looked too fake and ridiculous (at least to me), but once I discovered the art of blending well with a brush and use of a little powder to set ... the result was nicely enhanced brows that helped define my face without causing folks to double take (we've all experienced a few of those double take moments since brows have been having a minute these last few years ... admit it). I do find that my efforts tend to fade somewhat throughout the day, but I'm alright with a natural type of fade rather than a smearing situation. This pencil does not smear once set. If you are getting into the eyebrow pencil game, the blendability of this pencil makes it a good one to try.

Love that you can highlight your brows as much or as little as you want. Some brow pencils only make a thin line. This pencil really helps accentuate your brows. Love it!
