If used under your makeup, it's best to apply your foundation by blotting onto skin. It is best applied over top of your makeup to reduce the appearance of fine lines and mattify skin. This method does require Nanoblur to be blotted / patted onto skin. Do not rub the product into the skin but better to blot onto skin. We suggest applying Nanoblur the following way for best results: - Warm up a pea-sized amount with fingers and gently pat (do not rub) over liquid foundation/moisturizer and under powder. - Use your fingers or a beauty sponge. I used Nanoblur in the past and really liked it. I saw an influencer do a video on it, and it sparked my memory, so I went right to the source here at indeed and much to my delight, there was an awesome sale, so I got 2 for the price of one!
