How To Use
As a topper, tap essence Multichrome Flakes Eyeshadow Topper on with fingers over your favorite essence eyeshadow shades for a sparkling, crushed, and reflective effect. To wear on its own, swipe on with a flat brush for a hyper-metallic, foiled effect.
Essence doesn't recommend use if you have sensitive eye.
