Did nothing except pill
Did not see any calming effect, or anything other immediate skin benefit. Every time I used it in the morning, it pilled and I had to wash my face and start over with the morning routine. I will use it up at night, but will not be repurchasing.

instantly calms down skin

This is one of the prettiest and most effective soothing creams out there. I love it because of the texture, really creamy without any greasiness. It glides on like butter and instantly calms down skin. It's not too thick nor too watery, just the right amount of moisturization without feeling stuffy. It has an herbal scent which I really enjoy. Every time I have new breakouts of inflamed acne, I know this cream will help calm down everything. All products from the Klairs Midnight Blue line including the sheet masks and the serum have been staples in my routine. Although it is suitable for all skin types but if you have oily / combo skin and you're looking for a moisturizer that will help repair damaged skin barrier, this is the one.
Super soothing and healing for irritated skin
I'm having electrolysis done on my face. It has caused bumps and irritation that have resulted in red marks that I though could end up scaring (I planned to do IPL to get rid of it later). I read a bunch of reviews about creams for irritation, and this one seemed to make most of the lists, so I gave it a try. I am amazed by the results—3 days later (with an electrolysis treatment on day 2), and my face looks completely healed. No irritation, no bumps, even the areas I thought could potentially scar look healed. This stuff is truly amazing!

This Dear Klairs Midnight Blue Calming Cream is the perfect solution for after sun care! It's suitable for sensitive skin, is gentle, moisturizing, and effective at soothing irritated skin! I don't often get sunburn, but when I do, it's brutal! This product was quick to soothe my skin, and offered much relief ! I am definitely impressed with how light, fast absorbing, & Calming this cream is!

This cream is one of my favourites for calming and soothing. Not overly heavy on my oily skin. I know it's supposed to be a spot treatment but I do use all over my face as a night moisturizer when my face is over red. Love the results! Always a repurchase for me
